> Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (Lovell Field) — (KCHA)
> Knoxville – McGhee Tyson Airport — (KTYS)
> Tri-Cities Airport — (KTRI)

Pilots:
> To be eligible for the award point, you must fly two flights according to the following criteria:

  • Each flight must either originate or arrive (or both) at one of the three event airports
  • Each flight must be in the event area during the official event time window (e.g. if you chose to fly in from outside, you cannot arrive before the event starts)
  • Flights can be IFR or VFR
  • Each flight must use a separate flight plan

> Be prepared – Make sure to have the latest charts (link below) and understand the procedures you will be flying.
> Be ready – You may be asked to enter holds, fly headings, comply with speed restrictions, etc.
> Keep radio communications short and avoid unnecessary transmissions.
> FREE CHARTS on SkyVector (KCHA, KTYS, KTRI)

ATC:
> Division members (AS3 or higher) and active GCA holders are encouraged to request an ATC position on the ATC schedule.
> Events Staff will assign specific positions at least 24 hours before the event. Assigned controllers will be messaged on the XA discord server.

KCHA (Chattanooga):
American Airlines flies direct round-trips from:

  • KCLT (Charlotte) on a CRJ900
  • KDCA (Reagan National) on a CRJ700
  • KDFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) on an ERJ175

Delta flies direct round-trips from:

  • KATL (Atlanta) on a B717 or CRJ900
  • KDTW (Detroit) on a CRJ900

United Airlines flies direct round-trips from:

  • KORD (Chicago O’hare) on an ERJ175

KTYS (Knoxville):
Allegiant flies direct round-trips from:

  • KBOS (Boston) on an A320
  • KPHX (Phoenix) on an A320

American Airlines flies direct round-trips from:

  • KCLT (Charlotte) on an A319 or a CRJ900
  • KDCA (Reagan National) on a CRJ700 or ERJ175
  • KLGA (New York LaGuardia) on an ERJ175
  • KORD (Chicago O’hare) on an ERJ175

Delta flies direct round-trips from:

KTRI (Tri-Cities):
Allegiant flies direct round-trips from:

Delta flies direct round-trips from:

  • KATL (Atlanta) on a CRJ900

VFR can follow the mountain range or Interstates 75, 40, and 81, between all three airports. :cool:
